Crepe Delicious, Menlo Park Mall.
55 Parsonage Rd, Edison, NJ 08837
We built the Crepe Delicious unit in the food court at Menlo Park Mall in Edison. The work ran inside an operating mall, to the franchise's standard drawings, and the unit was ready for the health inspector on opening day.

How a job runs
01
Walkthrough
We come out, measure the space, photograph what is already there and write down the scope so it can be priced properly.

Proposal
You get a line-item proposal with materials, allowances and dates on it, not a single lump-sum number.

Permits
We file the drawings and permits, get landlord approvals where they are needed and book the inspections.
04
Build
One crew and one supervisor on site, with photo updates as the work goes so you can see progress without driving out.
05
Handover
We walk the space with you, finish the punch list, pass final inspection and hand the job over clean.

Who we are
Empire Assemble Corp. is a licensed and insured general contractor in East Brunswick, New Jersey. We run residential remodels and commercial interiors across Middlesex County and the tri-state area. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, so we keep to the schedule we quoted.
